My room was spacious with a fantastic ocean view 🌊 the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and everything tasted great! .

Reasonably clean silent hotel, flexible staff and incredible location directly on the seaside. Huge brand-new room with a wonderful view. Great breakfast with many options, reasonably priced. Quick check in & the service was excellent.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff excellent, fantastic location adjacent to a 12 km walkway along the seafront. Liked the restaurant for lunch.

The staff at Hotel Kristal are extremely helpful. the rooms are a nice size, air-conditioned, and offer a wonderful view. the beds are very comfy, and each room has a balcony. the check-in process is quick, and the customer service is efficient. the pool is clean.

Excellent service was provided at Hotel Kristal - Liburnia. the rooms were huge and had all the necessary amenities, such as a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short 5-minute walk from the city centre.

The staff were helpful and efficient, the hotel was very clean and neat, the location was good, and it wasn't expensive.

Parking was assured, the staff is very polite

Not modern, no wireless internet, furniture in the room is old, TV is placed in the wrong position (you cannot be in the bed and watch it normally, because it is on your right side?!), bathroom is too small, the light in the room was broken (we had it fixed, the restorer was fast and efficient)

We loved the immaculately clean room with a work desk, multi-channel television, and a sitting area.

Fair hotel for the price on Booked.net, friendly staff at reception, clean room and nice view on sea from seaside rooms. Close to the center of Opatija.

Nothing special. Maybe too expensive car parking, I saw only 8 parking spaces near hotel.

The service here was excellent with convenient on-site parking, and the staff was accommodating and attentive.

Close to the centre of Opatija, just 5 minutes walk down to the main area - mind you Opatija isn't very large to start with. Has a nice beachfront (concrete) where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, a little cafe and restaurant. Also have a swimming pool if water is to cold (Adriatic can be quite cold that far north even in late june).

The breakfast was nice, or at least has the potential. The staff was a bit slow to replenish the bowls and trays , so if you were a bit late you could sit through your breakfast without getting any scrambled eggs and other things. They also had 2 days with discussions between themselves in the middle of the breakfast area, which isn't really suitable with guests sitting nearby - whatever reason. The hotel could also need some better signs to how to reach the beachfront through the hotel. Slightly outdated overall.

We loved the hotel beach and its central location in the city. The terrace with the sea view during breakfast was simply stunning. The spacious rooms and decent breakfast were also a plus. Despite a few drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Opatija.
